This coffee is produced by Dattera in the Cerrado region of Brazil. The name Pachamama comes from Inca mythology and means "Mother Earth". It symbolises the connection between the earth and the coffee farmers who produce this coffee. The coffee is grown on the fertile soil of the Cerrado region, where farmers respect and protect the earth's natural resources. This results in a coffee that not only tastes delicious but is also sustainably grown.

Pachamama has a unique flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate, maple syrup, and walnut. It is a darker roasted coffee with a structured body that is perfect for drinking as an espresso, but also great when adding milk. The coffee is fully traceable and is produced using the Daterra Penta Process®. This process uses less water than traditional processing methods and ensures that the coffee beans are dried properly, preserving the taste and aroma.
